Approval is sought for the redevelopment of the existing 5 level office building on the subject site to accommodate a 17 level hotel (Special Residential) development. The existing building envelope (being 4 levels above ground) will be retrofitted to suit the proposed hotel use whilst the external façade will be upgraded to compliment the new additional 12 level tower addition.
