This is a nice construction in thika town but i dont know the name and is almost complete

Just do it right the first time. And especially this is in Thika. We know Thika will be a huge city(Town) in the next 10-20 years. Demolishing a building such as this in 20 years to put up a a better one is not worth building it in the first place. IMO
