This project could be built in Bneid El Gar. I have talked previously about the fact that the government is planning to buy up all the old houses in Bneid El Gar so that they could be sold to private investors so that they could develop Bneid El Gar. This could be one of the plans of the investors But all we can do now is wait and see

Very coza idea.. looks similar to Al Sharq Spa being built in Doha, Qatar--nothing too fancy, but just perfect...

Nice Work!

According to Sawaf Real Estate Co. this project is going to be operated by refad and is going to contain 325 chalets. The project will cover an area of 160,000 m2. The resort will also contain a mini-golf course, sporing facilities and a shopping centre.

Come to think of it this project can't possibly be located in Bneid Al Gar since there isn't this amount of land available next to the sea.

Looks amazing. The way the water surrounds some of the buildings is just amazing. I hope the real thing looks exactly like the render. I also hope they try to make the project more environmentally oriented. That way, the project would have a more unique touch, and in addition it would also keep our deera clean. Chan zain the resort is kept in utmost cleanness, since most of the resorts (eg. Kheiran) look dirty. Really hope the project sees light soon.
btw. Thanks Dubliner, great photos.
