The Company acquired a 3.1 hectare property in Cebu City in September 2012 and in Santo Tomas Batangas last November 2012. The latter was acquired to meet the requirements of the Economic and Socialized Housing Law found under Batas Pambansa 220. The Cebu property will be launched in 2013, together with the properties acquired in Quezon City and San Juan City. The Company will launch its second brand, Primaries, by first the half of 2013. The 0.8 hectare property in Quezon City will become its first project.

went to the site yesterday. Units are selling real fast. I was told that all the corner units facing the streets (both tuazon and benitez) which are the 3BRs are already sold out. The remaining 3BRs are those facing the amenities/pool. Expected completion of both towers will be in June/July 2016 but, move-in date is progressive -- which means that if your unit is ready for occupancy then, you can move in ahead of the final completion date.

bought a unit here . . as of today, roughly 60% of the units are sold . . cash discount has decreased from 8% to 6% . . there is a planned price increase next month (in Sept) . . quite surprisingly, but in a way its good news, they foresee the monthly dues to be P60/sqm (drying cage and parking slot are excluded from the computation of the monthly dues)
