Swissotel - former world's tallest hotel

Completed in 1986 and designed by IM Pei, this 73-storey hotel was the world's tallest upon completion. It is 226m tall.

It was originally called The Westin Stamford.

Many people in Singapore still mistake it to be the country's tallest building.

Who designed the Esplanade? I think that's quite impressive.

Those are fresh perspective of Swissotel, Andrew.

The Esplanade was designed by Michael Wilford & Partners (1993-1995) and DP Architects Pte Ltd (Singapore)
