Yeah, I guess that does make up for it. By contrast the mean average for full-time workers in the UK given current Aussie to Sterling exchange rates is around A$70k in London, A$50-60k in the Southeast and East regions and $42-50k in the rest of the country. So it's a good job we have lower prices too!
