TORONTO | Garrison Point | 49 fl + 29 fl + 23 fl | Pro

Address: 30 Ordnance (Ordnance Triangle)
Developer: Cityzen / Fernbrook Homes / Diamond Corp
Architect: Hariri Pontarini

Another stunning proposal by Cityzen (my favorite developer). A new park is proposed, a pavillion, a pool and a bridge. 2 additional towers are also proposed, so the total would be 5 towers.

You've got your work cut out for you. I'd be surprised if we had a thread for even half the proposals on the table. Good job though. If you have a list of proposals without threads and want to farm some of them out to me, I could do a few of them.

Are those all railway tracks? Could be quite noisy if the are roads.

@Eric: those are rail tracks on both sides (North and South of the proposed development). It can get a bit noisy, but buildings built right next to the railways generally have better insulation, both windows and structural.

@isaidso: No kidding! I generally post some of the more interesting proposals and leave out pretty much a good amount of other ones because they just don't seem too exciting. But you are right, the amount of development in Toronto is insane and hard to keep up with

Rendering of the tallest of the buildings. This one is designed by bKL Architects (which Cityzen Developments is using with it's newest developments) out of Chicago.
