The beige house is a Frank Lloyd Wright creation and was used for the outside shots in the 1959 House On Haunted Hill classic movie.

Thanks; this is really an outstanding effort. Not just quality framing and technical work, but a keen sense for chosing neighborhoods that represent the wide variety of visual landscapes and lifestyles available in LA. It's too much to absorb at once, so I'm going to view this often.

Fantastic shots! I love how you can see on-going construction in a few of the shots. You can the Vermont cranes, Marriott cranes, Blvd 6200 cranes, etc...Our city is constantly changing, and with all the upcoming projects, it'll only get better. Thanks for the pictures mate!

My dream street. What else would one need? Walk to the subway. All shopping within walking distance. Views of the city. Vintage housing.

Absolutely fantastic! Very few people that post capture the depth and breadth of Los Angeles....and you have! I know this thread is a few years old....hopefully you'll be adding to it! Once again, great job!

True but it really only begins to tell the story. Just the Korean or Hispanic or many other 'hoods could tell a story. Skid Row, the Arts Dist., the Fashion Dist. and others are gold mines of images. And the Valley has got its typical and quirky aspects as well.

So true Pesto! There is so much more to the story. And that is one thing that is nice about LA. You can never start and finish....there's always more to say!
