Getting very annoying and frustrating with the amount of live cameras and TL cameras not working on the build site now and TL 4 being stuck on the same photo all day.
Seems like the club does not care at all about this.

It was not present in the original docs, but was in the revised plans.

This is the "Home" NFL tunnel that will be covered with seating and thus not visible for football games.

Has anyone got a clue how they intend to raise the 10 roof support thingys which are standing proud at the north end? One at a time? All 10 together? Love to know what to look out for and when!

Nice to see the forming of columns is back on the East lower as well as the start of the continuation of the steel structure on the East upper has begun with those two cherry pickers up there.

What you see will eventually go around the whole stadium, they then turn a lever on each steel wire which makes it raise an inch or so, they then move to the next lever and raise that an inch and so on moving around the stadium until the roof is raised. So basically you have one person at each station waiting for their turn to raise it a little. I've read whereby one guy does it too, walking from one station to the next. I'm not sure Levy would be happy with that scenario though.

Really pleased with these. I was scared that Levy would go for those newfangled grey Dyson urinals that blow your wee back at you.

I'd say the club are more concerned about building the stadium as opposed to making sure we have cameras to watch the progress.

Frustrating all right but understandably not a priority

Agreed in principle however it's not the construction team that are responsible.
That's like saying if SpursTv or the ticketing system went down it's not important as long as the stadium is being built.
They have a dedicated media team that should be on this as well as all the other online content regardless of what's going on. To me this is even worse as those of you who have been watching from very beginning, know it has since been outsourced to a supposedly market leader in this field. If you sign over a big contract like that then SLA's are in place to make sure things get solved in a timely manner. 24hrs hours in this case I think is acceptable. It's not the most complicated piece of kit to maintain..

Could you describe the end to end connectivity of the service, provide a network diagram illustrating all service dependencies and finally, also outline details of the support agreement(s) which are in place.

As the service owner, shouldn’t be too difficult for you.

As the service owner, shouldn’t be too difficult for you.

If your a market leader in providing these services that should not be a concern! The client is not concerned why there's a problem. Just that it's fixed in a speedy manner.

Thfc as the client should not be expected to wait for long periods of time before it is rectified. These issues are exactly why they outsourced in the end after a decent attempt themselves.

It is fairly clear IMO that it is not a complete or major service outage as all streams would be down or the tl's not updating at all, however they are. What we do know is that they are not updating as frequently as they could/should/have done in past. If that's by design fair enough but let's face it, that's unlikely.

All that aside my original reply to the comment was meant to be more focused on the priority aspect. Let's face it THFC's best marketing tool is the 1st team and then their online presence. And within that the stadium development will likely be in the top 4 reasons to visit their site.

To me that's reason enough to make sure there is a high level support agreement in place.

As mentioned before, they wouldn't let their online store or ticketing system go down or misbehave for so long without rectifying quickly. Obviously the caveat to those are they make the club money but the principles the same to me.
