Wonder who owns the Flyefit gym across from the new development on Cardiff Lane. Surely that site is ripe for development. Outside the SDZ though.

I did see some equipment on site at the weekend, looks like they're starting to demolish. Was that legal dispute involving Johnny Ronan resolved i wonder?

Not sure. This article from yesterday's Sindo refers to another dispute at Spencer Place between Crean and Ronan but alludes to the Cardiff Lane project also.

15 Apartments - Hannover Lofts being completed by the 3rd generation of the Cosgrave family who also developed Smithfield Lofts in the exact same style. Due for completion and launch in May of this year I believe so should be on the market either this week or the week after Easter. I think the show apartment is just being fitted out at the moment

I wonder why they don't add this to the forum CSS
Code:
 img { max-width: 100%; }
It would solve the issue.

Ronan must sell his holding. Construction to begin in coming months. Good news.

I assume an appeal is very likely from Ronan (can't imagine him just letting another developer get on with things while he is held up, battling it out with the planners over Tara Street and Enniskerry hotel).

A further delay might not be the worst thing either. They can start building on the An Post site which is a big project in itself. They also have planning to carry out the demolition works on the disputed site. Hopefully Murphy gets on with the new legislation for higher residential buildings, would be great if they could go higher with the residential element here.

Demolition work underway on the Lime Street site as well. Looks like that case involving Johnny Ronan is all over? Both developments underway it seems.

Has construction started on this yet? If so, can we change the title to under construction
