Jesus that's some view. Didn't realize just how much was going on simultaneously there.

Imagine how great that area would look if all waterfront development was built to the same height at that corner tower.

The reflector site would be a great site for highrise residential. How they thought 6 stories was appropriate here is beyond me.

Have you noticed the corner of the Air B+b building, brickwork missing where it meets the new building?

It was left unfinished. I always notice it.

As inadequate as this building's height may be, still can't wait to see it take shape.

Maybe it's an ironic reference; it reflects the utterly mundane nature of it's neighbouring boxes?

The wasting of airspace through the completely arbitrary stunting of that Reflector building is just criminal. Waterfront and well down from Grand Canal Square, it should be a soaring skyscraper.

The warehouse looks so silly at that important corner..it could have been a really nice way of defining the end of the docklands and the canal area. Instead it just bleeds into ringsend
The warehouse has some nice detailing but why not demolish it and preserve and repurpose the doorway and window brickwork somewhere else in the city and allow a skyscraper there
