It was Eamon Mac Tomais who chose to include a 'religious element' in his film, by featuring two churches in it.

The Townsend St proposed development is about the right height for the area as it now is, with lots of 7-8 storey buildings cheek by jowl. I agree it's overall too much unrelieved grey and some contrast in facing materials would be easier on the eye.
