I rather like the Sandyford developments. Just a shame they aren't in the Docklands!

Some good quality builds.

And there's actual variation in roof heights. It's not really difficult at all.

Ramp for the car park.

They have put up a bigger fence so I'll have to walk up the one of the apartments gardens to get photos.

Finally looks like what it should have been in 2008. Great to see all these apartments finished and occupied. Such a positive change from the tattered scaffolding covers which were there a couple of years ago. Now for the Sentinel on the other side of the road. That's a huge unsightly concrete pustule at the moment. I hope the Comers start developing it soon.

vantage

Can someone confirm the floor count of the Vantage apartments? On their website they quote 15 floors and that is the same as in the this render

but you can clearly see in this picture that there are 17 floors especially if you exclude the retail and penthouse elements. Did they add 2 floors?

Original plans for Block H and I look a bit different from what is being built now.

From left to right P, G, H and I.

After some digging i found that indeed there have been a number of modifications to the vantage apartment block. Current building has a ground floor, mezzanine level plus 16 residential stories = 18 in total and according to the elevation plans is 54.3 metres tall. Wouldn't this make it the tallest residential or mix-use building in Dublin?

Well spotted, possibly it would. All the Apartment buildings I can think of are in the 40-50m range.
