Just as u r approaching the Emirates group building (if u r coming from the floating bridge) there is a new board for a building which I think is the Sharjah Islamic Bank. Its just before the Tim Hortons ad.

Do you mean in the corner of the intersection, just opposite Emirates/Dnata building? I've seen it but it is not a highrise, just like most of the other buildings around.
