La zona que está a mitad de camino a Altos se está desarrollando como una zona residencial bien interesante. Tiene un estilo tipo José Ignacio en Uruguay por decirlo de alguna forma.

El problema ahí es el oeste, no como en el mar con una brisa fresca. Lastimosamente esa tipología se adapta muy poco a nuestro clima

El frente es mas pasable. Igual me parece mal uso del terreno, muy fuera del concepto de lo que es una casa de playa o campo. Por dentro ha de ser linda, por las grandes aberturas de vidrio y la increible vista que ha de tener
