Recommended Property Management Companies

Can anyone recommend a good property management company for both finding a tenant and managing my south loop condo? I've got a condo at 910 s. michigan ave, but I've moved away from chicago and my current tenant is about to move out. It's a bit of a headache to manage it remotely.

Also, any thoughts on what's a reasonable fee to pay for the services? It seems like the standard is about 1 months rent to find a tenant and 10%/month to manage, but I have a friend out in Seattle who was able to negotiate his finder's fee to a flat rate of $750 and an ongoing rate of 7%.
