House 1 is now mostly done, and people have started moving in.
The construction of house 2 is moving along, and the foundations for house 3, 4 and 5 seems to have just started. Parking house also seem to be in place.

Here are some fresh pictures from today.

I quite like these two building, and 12 floors certainly don't harm anything. Will be exciting to see how the rest of the area develops.
I live just 300 meters away, and will keep an eye with the project.

høyhusene ser jo helt greie ut, liker at de varierer med fargene imellom de!

Will they only add colors to one side of each building?

You mean the colored frames around the windows?
If so, then the answer is no. House 1 have yellow/orange colors on three sides of the buildings, while house 2 have a turquoise tone.

Okay, thanks. It was a little bit hard to get a understanding on which facades you have actually photgraphed, and the one side of the first buildings look rather black in this picture:

Hence I thought it had one side black and the other colored. Thanks for your explanation.

I guess the good thing is they'll use different architects on every step, so that the next highrises won't be identical to these two.

Sorry! Both I and the first picture could have been clearer..

I quite like these highrises. Everything from the light bricks on the walls and the colored window frames to the overall design. Not as dark and crowded as the neighboring project Torshovdalen.

It sure will be interesting to see what the different architects will come up with.
From the Rom Eiendom - Grefsen Stasjon website I read the following in regards to architects:
Stage 1 (house 1 and 2): HRTB Arkitekter AS
Stage 2 (house 3 and 4): Hille Melbye Arkitekter AS
Stage 3 (house 5): 4B Arkitekter AS

On another note, has anyone seen updated renderings of the entire Grefsen Stasjon? It's a rather large area, and no renderings on the official website seem to span out for more than house 1-5...
This is an outdated one from back in 2006 when the project was called Grefsen Stasjonsby.

Beneath is one building designed by 4b arkitekter (already posted in this tread). It's supposed to be building 11 and 13 according to the architects, so I don't know if 4b will draw more buildings there or if one of the sources is wrong about the numbers/addresses.
