Est-ce qu'il s'agit du même projet ? Dans celui-ci, il y a déjà des constructions existantes autour du projet alors que celui posté par aghiles a l'air d'être situé dans une zone vierge...

CAP FALCON: AN HIGH QUALITY COMPLEX This project, located at Oran, Algeria - North Africa - comprise a hotel complex with high levels of performance and efficiency. In addition this complex will be composed by dwellings, a SPA and an assembly room. With a total area of 55.287,00 m2 this preliminary study is intended to be an international reference. This complex has an exterior zone dedicated to leisure and areas for sports practice which includes swimming pools and a tennis court. This project will also potentiate a quiet and sophisticated environment full of quality to the future users. The aim was to create a superiority atmosphere, with guarantee of safety and security, which must incorporate the proximity with the sea. The localization of this particular project and compact shape of the construction is an opposition the topography of the Mediterranean coast. This new construction emerges connected to the sea line with excellent surroundings. The intervention area is located at a unique context and allows enjoying this magnificent sea view and this environment influenced the concept phase. The construction is organized in one unique volume which comprises three half-buried storeys. Due to its imposing and its dominant position, this hotel, will be a true landmark to this region

Le bâtiment a perdu quelques étages par rapport au premier post????

Avec une hauteur moins grande, je crois que ça passe mieux surtout que c'est un apart'hotel
