Do you by any chance know how much on average does an m2 of residential real estate cost in Tehran, Shiraz and Esfahan?

mass housing in kermanshah, now these are what im talking about!!!! looks like its pulled out of a nice modern developed country , in a few years with the trees, these places will be amazing

15000 + units, lets say each family has average of 4 people, thats 60000 people!

Who are "they" though? In this case the design comes from Kayson with rather good architects. Each development has it's own architectural consultants, and some are less tasteful.

I'd love to live in place like that, although I wouldn't cope with living in a small city.

Finally 10,000 Parand houses have been completed and opened. You won't see a more Populist leader anywhere else in the world. I hope the number is actually 10000 and they don't give and get it back the next day like they did a few weeks ago.

i hope they plant grass and also trees around the builings, it seems lile there is a sea of asphalt around the parking areas
and the colour of the towers..... for such structures plain white is best imo

قرارداد اجرای ساختمان های پروژه 1272 واحدی فاز 1 مجتمع مسکونی لاله (ملارد) شامل عملیات اجرائی ابنیه، تأسیسات مکانیکی و تأسیسات الکتریکی در قالب 6 تیپ (بلوک های 5، 7، 9 و 11 طبقه) در زمینی به وسعت 75842 مترمربع و با زیر بنای 139054 مترمربع واقع در ملارد کرج، پس از برگزاری مناقصه در مهرماه 88 و بررسی صلاحیت شرکتهای شرکت کننده به شرکت پرهون طرح واگذار گردید.
شرکت پرهون طرح به عنوان پیمانکار طراحی و اجرای این پروژه روش قالب تونلی را جهت اجرا انتخاب نموده است.این روش یکی از روشهای صنعتی اجرای اسکلت های بتنی می باشد که هم اکنون توسط تعداد زیادی از انبوه سازان بزرگ کشور های منطقه نظیر ترکیه و نیز ایران مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد.سیستم قالب تونلی مدولار نوعی جدید از قالبهای تونلی بوده که موجب سهولت و سرعت در اجرا و دارای قابلیت های متعددی نسبت به سیستم کلاسیک می باشد.
با توجه به مشخص بودن تعداد ست های قالب تونلی و دوره زمانی دقیق و سیستماتیک عملیات آرماتور گذاری،امکان قالب بندی و بتن ریزی وجود داشته و زمان اجرا خصوصاَ در بخش اسکلت به حداقل ممکن می رسد و این روش در مقایسه با عملیات قالب بندی، آرماتور بندی، بتن ریزی و قالب برداری ستون ها، تیر ها و سقف ها در ساختمان های بتنی معمول بسیار سریع تر است.

Are they using thermal insulation in buildings in the housing projects as well as in government and public buildings as in the walls and double glazing windows ?. Or the thermal insulation is not currently a national priority and the government's priority is to reduce construction costs ?

We probably don't have that information but the windows usually appear to be PVC, which are usually double glazed.
