They just need to get the damn greenery fixed around these buildings and they have got it, why on earth they keep missing these landscaping to soften the edges confuses me.

They do not need grass to green an area, they could use the Australian school of thought and use natural greenery native to the local environment which is isn't heavy on water consumption.

Think about this, with a lack of a water treatment system across the country and just evaporating via the sespits what is the greatest waste of water. Mini water treatment plants should be made to clean the water and then treat the land around the complexes, two birds one stone!

the highrises are better than many of the lower housing developments, they take up less space, look better and are more efficient, they give a nice view aswell

although some of parand's low developments are very nice aswell

im not sure

the contractors are maskan mehr, i dont think turkey is in this one specifically

regardless, they look almost identical to mass housing projects in turkey

وزير راه و شهرسازي از طرح مسكن مهر همدان، بهار و ملاير بازديد كرد
وزير راه و شهر سازي در سفر استاني هيآت دولت به استان همدان از طرح هاي مسكن مهر شهر همدان، بهار و ملاير بازديد كرد. به گزارش پايگاه اطلاع رساني وزارت راه وشهرسازي، وزير راه و شهرسازي با حضور در اين طرح*ها در جريان روند اجراي طرح ها و فرايند پيشرفت آنها قرار گرفت.
وزير راه و شهر سازي از روند اجراي مسكن مهر كوي شهيد'مدني' همدان بازديد كرد افزود: 10 هزار و 899 واحد مسكوني در شهر همدان عقد قرار داد شده كه براي 10 هزار و 183 واحد پروانه ساخت صادر شده است.
همچنين پي سازي 10 هزار و 182 واحد از اين تعداد به اتمام رسيده و اسكلت بندي هفت هزار و 404 واحد آغاز شده است.
بنابر اين گزارش سه هزار و 287 واحد مسكوني در حال اجراي همدان به مرحله نازك كاري رسيده است و 877 ميليارد ريال تسهيلات بانكي به طرح هاي مسكن مهر همدان پرداخت شده است.
وزير راه و شهر سازي در ادامه بازديد از طرح مسكن مهر شهر بهار نيز بازديد به عمل آورد.
همچنين وزير راه و شهرسازي روز جمعه از روند طرح هاي مسكن مهر در شهر ستان ملاير بازديد كرد. مهندس علي نيكزاد در جريان اين بازديد توصيه هايي براي تسريع در كار طرح هاي تفاهمنامه سه جانبه در شهر ملايربه عمل آورد .
بر اساس اين گزارش طرح هاي مسكن مهر ملاير پنج هزار و 256 واحد است كه پنج هزار و 222 واحد پروانه ساخت گرفته اند و پي سازي پنج هزار و 34 واحد نيز تمام شده است.
همچنين اسكلت بندي دوهزار 787 ، سفت كاري دو هزار و 62 واحد و نازك كاري يك هزار و 453 واحد انجام شده است .
بر اساس اين گزارش از ابتداي اجراي طرح مسكن مهر تاكنون 385 ميليارد ريال تسهيلات بانكي به مسكن مهر ملاير پرداخت شده است.

honestly plain white looks so much better , just add some trees and clean paved clear cut sidewalks and its good

where in the world do they make floor laminate facades?
