Just got an email from the club about a "one week only" self guided stadium tour of WHL:

"For one week only, White Hart Lane will be open for self-guided tunnel tours - no need to book, just head to the Spurs Megastore and purchase your ticket at the till!

The Lane will be open Monday 1 May until Sunday 7 May from 10am - 5pm (last entry 4.30pm*) for visitors to:

Experience being in the home and away players' dressing rooms
See our Tottenham Hotspur Hall of Fame
Line-up in the players' tunnel
Take pictures of the pitch from the technical area
Sit in the Manager's chair

Visitors can move at their own pace through the areas and there will be plenty of photo opportunities for you to share!"

It's almost as if they're fitting in a last minute opportunity to tour the old place before...

Ooh, interesting. Not seen the email yet, did they say how much? Might have to take my boy over there for a look around.

Crazy or not they will all be sold I'm sure

It's clear from the steel work on the west stand that the west stand terracing is going to be a fair bit lower then that of the north stand.
Which I take it means the East terracing will be lower too.

To an individual, those would indeed be crazy prices - well, unless you were of a high net worth. However, those lounges are really targeted towards commercial interest and in particular hospitality and event companies who would resell it as an experience. The 25 seater breaks down to roughly £420 a seat, based on 24 home games. I worked for a company a few years back which had a 6-seat table permanently booked at the Emirates which they used for client introductions and there was probably 6 such tables in the room. All were full.

I guess if the roof-line is consistent (latest plans show it only rises at the south stand) and the sky bars need to fit on the east and west then the terrace wont quite reach the same height.
For me (and especially with the absence of vomitories on its middle tier) the North Stand possibly looks more imposing than any other.
Or maybe I'm thinking that because its the only one built...

These were heading in the direction of the North Stand and on Stream 1 have now been lifted over to the opposite side.

It looks like it. The curving of the rake in the South Stand really lessens it.

They should have designed it like the Hoover Dam. More capacity and WAAAAY more intimidating.

Thanks for posting but, for future reference, the SSC recommendation is that no more than 10 photos are included in any one post - mainly for the benefit of those accessing the forum on slower devices. Otherwise, if there are lots of other posts with lots of pictures in them, it can mean that the page loads very slowly (or not at all) by the time its twentieth post is added.

Yep. And would have given new meaning to the old cliche of the crowd sucking the ball into the net.

This is great. I knew that area was in the wider development plan, but didn't know we'd already started on it.
