The development comprises 4 towers of 24-storey apartments with 429 units.

baywindow supposedly to be nice...but URA allow too wide for the width...cut the width by half..i still prefer to hf baywindow...hehe

but planter definitely NO...haha

The architect for this project is ArcStudio, same architect for Pinnacle @ Duxton. Nice design, I feel that this is the less well known twin of Sky Habitat, partly because of the ulu location. But both have quite unique design and a strong concept, and equally overpriced too.

I like the compactness and the hierachy of space for the 2 bedroom, and the wide frontage too. That is if you find the $840k price tag worth it considering that you won't really get the views, and the location is really off, unless you drive.

Foresque Residences

At below $1100psf for 3 bedrms and below $1300psf for 2 bedrms, prices are still attractive compared to surroundings like hilliers selling up to $1700psf.

In addition dairy farm is being served by two MRT stops in the future, new shopping malls, and 15mins to orchard and the cheapest fringe of city area compared to Bishan, Bedok, Serangoon, Kovan, and West Coast/Clementi area.

Check out the new showflat at Petir Road.

hmmm... i think there is a future upside potential for this petir road/dairy farm area as there are a few other plots of land available for other purposes besides residential development.

Prices for Foresque 1 bedder has almost hit $1.5k psf for high floor units.
