For an average 3 bedroom apartment that's over $1,000,000 premium, and for what? A spa-styled steam room???? I could think of better value ways to get your spa experience!
Hi Thong Min,

I think we also have to look at the timing also. Of course the owners of Cairnhill Residences are asking $2,300 psf now since Hilltops has not launched (maybe soft launch as I am typing). But once it is official that Hilltops launches at 3k psf, would you think the owners will still look at 2300 psf? Given the strong sentiments, the asking price will go up to probably 2700 psf therefore lowering your Hilltops premium over Cairnhill residences.

One more thing to add too. Given how hot the property market, SC global can choose to launch an "ordinary" condo at a super location at a super price. But of course He has chosen to prove the point that his a boutique developer. The style, architecture and offerings will match the price tag by international standards. And now the question back to you, given both Hilltops and Cairnhill Residences both made available to you, would you pay 3000psf for Hilltops or buy Cairnhill Residences at 2700psf?

the market is driven by the luxury segment. actually the "cheaper" developments have to thank them for driving their prices up.

quality offered by Cairnhill Residences is not bad.

has helios done an official launch? i sometimes wonder how these developers report their numbers. If all by invitation and private enquiries, they can officially launch one unit, sell, then launch another one. Launching 12 units in a month sounds odd.

Any renderings? Is this built on the former Hilltops Apartments designed by Victor Chew?

nothing special. you can find that in most condo changing room.

as usual, the quality finishing and fitting are the major selling point.
