Anyone got any updates on the launch of The Jardine ?

Did FEO pull it off this time round, especially with Soleil sucking up a lot of the demand a few days before ?

Hi,
I went for the presentation b4...the design is unique but i don't fancy the surroundings especially the flyover.
It really disrupted the concept of the development!!Imagine waking up in the morning around 6am with the sound of train is still country but the hustle n bustle of traffics are so CITY!!

Frankly speaking as an agt i rather buy somewhere in HILLVIEW and maybe with that $$$$/psf can buy 2 good units around there for a single unit @ Jardine. This is my only Opinion ok?No mean to harm anyone esp FE!!

Cheers!!

after the 1st week, you wont notice the train sound anymore. Residences at Glentrees have bedroom directly facing them.

Or maybe those who prefers next to highway must be an ex-smoker or trying to quit smoking.

So bear in mind those abt to quit do buy ur next property near the highway
By quitting smoking u can save up in 5 years to make an initial deposit for an apt with the $$$ u will spend on fags.

Well te showflat has been completed long ago. Work has started and the fountains outside the showflat are working. Like Ady Ahmari said, perhaps ther are waiting for the Hungry Ghost Festival to pass.

cheers

Reality bites.

Their initial asking prices are too high to begin with.

$1,638 psf is outrageous! Might as well get a unit @ Citylights, Southbank, or any condo around the Kallang Basin Area.

cheers
