hmmm...i thought total units should be 127 ?
just went to see the showflat today
only 30% sold....poor thing....wrong timing together with Arte launch

any comments if this project is worth considering?

Information could be correct as at that point in time in December. The developer could have made changes to the floor plans and distribution of units subsequent to that.

People in 2007 too greedy, bought too many investment units. Now can't sell at prices they bought at. Can't get financing also so end up Catch 22 for many. Developer will simply reposess the units and resell them at lower launch prices that's all.
I wonder if the same is happening now in the market at all the other new launches?? Only good thing there is that buyers in those developments have the ability to borrow since DPS no longer exists.
