I glanced through Sat's classified and I think I saw the asking rate for Optima at around $1,200psf.

this is happening before our very eyes...no need to look so hard...take for example a recently completed industrial/ramp up factory in ubi area offering cold hard cashback. they will also remind u not to tell bank about the "voucher"

Often in the guise of:

Rental Guarantee
Renovation Voucher/Subsidy
Stamp Fee Absorb

After being a property investor for so long, it seems to me that flippers are here to stay. Good times they flipped. Bad times they also flipped.
