Yesss another deviation from the rule of white.
Personally, I'm not so crazy about the shape though, even if it will make for a little brigher streets and potentially nice terraces

Nope, to be over 20-storey is not possible in that Densy-soi in Silom area, since the size of the street is quite small and traffic is also worst....Despite those problem, building the structure that taller than 85 meters is not accurate-to-the city planning rule....

Yes, the real one is way smaller....But anyway, Rendition is not accord-on surrounders.., just to look at the building it's self...

I think this building looks too fat and too small

if it was a bit taller it might be ok but its not

I dont really wants to say "Better than nothing" since I do appriciate more nicer design yet if it's badly-design I do not really wants it to rise up in the first place to rune the whole skyline...
....But this one is not that bad, render might seems different from the real thing, just have to wait......

How old can threads get before they risk being deleted? Was it three months without replies?

In any case, it's time to bump thisone up a notch.. has the building risen over the fences now?

the new rendering looks great. i rarely see buildings in Bkk that are this close to the street. i mean most of them have some space in the front you know.
