Could be because they are not the 'leading or master' architect. But i am just speculating here.

Those big guys typically cant be bothered to stamp their mark for portfolio collections because they are so well known.

Plus kl is not really a prime city to begin with so unless its really a 'crown building like twin towers' they probably just remain low key and just make money from it.

one question:

who's gonna manage the plants? the owner where the planter box is outside their units or the management?

One more question:
How are they going to clean the windows? Do they have gondola like troika?

The management should be able to maintain the plants and facade easily via the catwalk. But I guess there are also the telescopic gondola on top of the mirror roof crown.

somehow it doesn't feel safe to have somebody wondering outside your windows...

automated sprinkling system and letting the plants grow freely would solve the problem,once a year trimming would be sufficient
