It's supposed to be one of the most luxurious hotels in the Balkans

You are confusing it with Club Med project in Kakome

Was there this summer and a lot of such projects / complexes have already been completed and are already in use especially in the Durres-Golem bay area.

Some of the complexes are very very luxorius however all in all I do not like the area at all because it has been so overbuilt.

So, i'm very glad we were able to finally present Club Med project for Kakome http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showthread.php?t=403701 and construction work has resumed in the area.
We discussed this beautiful Jala project a few months ago. A very cool tourist resort in the incredible beach of Jala

Amazing projects. I love the Project in Golem Beach. Does the govt. have an estimation on how much revenue the country will make by 2010,2020 in tourism?

they are all nice and so on... BUT:

Golem beach is dirt and all the construction going on there has destroyed all the flora there. No matter how fancy the hotels are, and the one you posted has more the look of a neo commie and does not appeal me that much in terms shape and concept, put in Golem context, the experience will be awful.

Ksamil on the other hand is a pearl, but I don't think that construction is be allowed in the inland areas because of the need to preserve the nature and because of its close proximity to Butrint. There have also been many neolithic, paleoillyrian and illyrian artifacts found in the area which suggests that impotant discoveries might be in place. Now giving up that for an average project is not an option to me.

Kakome is really a nice project and I do like it very much. Thank you for posting them.

That's a great thread that we really missed, and I hope it goes well.

I really hope the beautiful doesn't get ruined with overdevelopment like the Bulgarian has over the last 5 years.
