08.09.2017

R35 Comrat - Cantemir (km, 0-26) se duc lucrari tratament bituminos.
G129 Ferapontievca - Avdarma. Pe un sector de 5,5 km s-au finisat lucrari de constructie a drumului din beton.
R26 Causani - Cimislia. Un sector de 4,6 km prin satul Taraclia a fost reparat capital. Inca 15 km pina la satul Mihailovca asfaltul e asternut, au ramas lucrari mici.

Foarte incet. Lucrari active numai intre satele Rusca si Lapusna.

E asfaltat. Mai au lucrari la iesirea din Hincesti cu reparatia podului (lucrarile par stopate). Cele mai active lucrari de la intrarea in Rusca pina la Lapusna.

am mers nu demult... drumul e īn santier, nici un semal de orecare activitate. sunt si portiuni practic terminate. mai īn gluma, mai īn serios pe unele segmente dupa Calarasi trecerea e posibila doar cu blindatele

For roads in 2018 the Government allocated 5 billions of MDL, ~$285 millions. 3x times more than in 2017.

Some part of it must be distributed among local administrations I suppose.
The main sum should be better spent on current main road projects.

No, it's just a plan. This budget include external loans for approved projects, but it doesn't mean this amount will be fully spent in 2018. Real budget will be ~$100m incomes from fuel and road duties. In 2017 year gov initially had ~$90m but really was used only 50% of the budget, because of administrative inefficiency, other part of the budget was redirected to social domain.

Moldavian government and contracted companies can't absorb such big budgets in a year. Initially government was saying that they can't do things because of low budget, but now they says that available money exists, but now we don't have local companies to do road rehabilitation quickly and massive, and foreign companies doesn't respect contracted deadlines and requirements.

Well, that will be the first such year for Pavel Filip's Government. He wants to create a good portfolio.
For example Chişinău-Ungheni road, it requires $120 millions max, under any circumstances, even to build it from the ground. But it took so long already, with unknown quality so far.

Good example. According to originally planned deadlines, it should be ready already for 3 years. However, according to CafeaPictata's observations, its progress is still poor, and far from completion.
