What happens if you see City from Canary Wharf or vice versa? Do you close your eyes?

How do you define Canary Wharf? Does Greenwich Peninsula count? Stratford?

What area are you seeing here?:

Why not sure which city is bigger? There are plenty of official information about this, including EU statistical body.

London is bigger than Moscow... Live with it.

I ask me, whether the British people arrogance is innate.

Maybe they do not cope with, that their empire has gone down.

This photo was taken with a zoom lens. In real the City cluster is pretty far away from CW.

Does it really matter how big the city is? I think there are more important terms, for example if it is comfortable to live, developed in case of transportation, education, recreation and services. Where would you like to live? Vienna or, i dont know, Metro Manila?
Coz when I see what are the standards of living in some huge cities makes me on the other hand happy that I live only in a f'kin commieblock on Warsaw's right bank.

@ Quicksilver

Personally I'm a big fan of CW, but I really don't like the London City high rise cluster. For me it's too incoherent with all those different shaped buildings.
I'm old skool I guess. For me: 'boxy buildings rock on!'

In reality there are plenty of places in London where both clusters are clearly seen as one and you don't even need to climb anywhere.

For example, this spot on A13 always excites me:

https://www.google.co.uk/maps/@51.52...x9FG1AqCdw!2e0

It's a less than 3 miles streight distance between CW and City and 3 miles between CW and Stratford which surprisingly also started to appear on the skyline.

I have to say that Warsaw has many sckyscrapers, but I actually like just a few of them...individually they don't seem masterpieces.

Yeah, don't worry, I don't close my eyes ... But, till now, it makes a bad cluster. Maybe in the next ten years, it'll be better. It's just my opinion.

However, I think it's not necessary to attack forumers each time they put London behind some cities. They're just their opinions, choices ...

Those lowrises and commieblocks are not making any skyline. Woah 96 U/C and 140 m in preparation ! So tall! Dude, no one cares it's not 1900 anymore.
