The Empire State Building should define a supertall: any building with an occupiable room at 381m or higher should be defined as a supertall.

After all, how impressive can a modern building with a highest occupiable floor lower than 381m be if the Empire State Building has been standing for over seventy years?

EDIT: I see that CULWALLA's already mentioned a similar idea.
