Hi All,

Does anyone how to esclate if the builder refuses to fix a problem within one month after handover. Just taken possession of my house in Contmeporary and have hollow tiles throughout the house. they were all fine during the snagging but seem to have come off during the summer months when the house was ready but not handed over. the builder has tried to apply some temporary fix but that doesn't work. Today the consultant also came. Although he seems to be convinced about the presence of the problem but looked too confused and scared of the builder's engineers.
can someone please advise what are the options, thanks
