Take a walk at Katara cultural village.

Visit the Aspire tower (The Torch Hotel), it also has a revolving restaurant that could be used as an observation deck.

Visit the "Museum of Islamic Arts" & "Mathaf" (museum of modern Arab art)

Visit souq waqif, located at the city center it houses an old fort from the days of the ottomans and a traditional market that has been restored to what old Doha looked like. Souq waqif also offers several tailors and shops that sell thoubs and abayas, not to mention everything local and not local.

Zubarah fort in the north of the country or barzan towers at the outskirts of Doha are good places to visit.

One more thing, for the revolving restaurant at aspire tower make sure you make a booking/reservation.

Mathaf museum is closed on Monday's.
Museum of Islamic arts is closed on Tuesday's.

Inshallah you spend a good time in Qatar
