Background
Site 22 is the last remaining undeveloped plot of land that formed part of the Paradise Street Development Area, which became Liverpool ONE. The site is located between Seel Street and Fleet Street, behind Site 21 which faces Hanover Street, and is now home to a Premier Inn with restaurant units beneath. The site operated as a surface car park for a considerable period of time, prior to being hoarded off ready for re-development. Together with the rear elevation of the Premier Inn, this new development will form the continuation of David Lewis Street, a brand new throughfare, the first part of which was created behind the Tesco/Hanover Street MSCP.
