24 and 80 million, between this one and the beautiful and really costly modus tower, two multimillion investments in the city in just two days or so, really remarkable from my viewpoint
Looks as if it took some inspiration from Sana'a in Yemen. Could be a little gem as long as the cladding is right. We're often let down by the reality of cladding these days but fingers crossed this one works out well.
Good news. The crane base has been in place for a couple of weeks, but was not concreted into place, hence the crane couldn't go up. Hopefully we'll see it go up in the next couple of weeks once the concrete has cured a bit.
what about the completion of that once so promising central village development?
with so much investment going on right now, any news regarding this one?
no council decission to carry it forward as a stakeholder?
