Any news about Eden blue tower, if someone has then reply to me. I visit to Dubai in January Rera office and they said case in the court and still no news about Eden blue tower. Now again Dubai properties value price increase and also land price. Investment house lot play game to us. They make to fool us. Must Rera will take decision to cancel the project and our 100% investment money with damage penalty money will get.

No and no.

Last time I was at the courts, they suggested they would be meeting in November (2012) to make a decision on the auctioning of the land.....

I'll try to see them again next week and see if they have made any progress, but don't hold your breath.

this is what someone told me, who got their money back eventually from the lighthouse project in dubai marina.

A collective effort by all the investors led by some talented, dedicated individual investors by involving Dubai ruler office, Interpol, Dubai Police,Dubai Land registry, British High Commission and a local Law firm forced the Developer to bring to the negotiating table and agreed to pay the investors.

Payments are being made based on only hard proof of receipts, over a period of 30 month period.

The whole process took nearly four years.

The saga still goes on for those investors who has no got the documented receipt of payments.

I hope that will be of some help, but the trick here is to find and bring all the investors to a confidential and dedicated forum to start communicating and
seek the help of those in the know how. Good Luck

Every body who are investment in Eden blue tower must pressure to rera to finalize our decision. Investment house management are farud and they are playing to us more then 5 year making fool us and they utilize our money on his business. Kindly request to my side to all eden investor must pressure to RERA or court to make decision as soon as possible. Our hard earn money he kept more then five year and we lost our investment if we put right place then our amount will get double what we paid to investment house.
