Away I'd hope
What's all the space inside the stadium's podium being used for?But yeah, I was talking more about planting them right around the stadium on the podium itself. It's really nasty up there... grey, windswept, and when you go into the stadium to escape it, you're met with more of the same only minus the wind. |

whats with the bizarre windswept car parks, surely this area would offer more value if the car parks were underground or densified into a large multistory car park?

Exactly! Look at the boulevard it's 1/3 boulevard 2/3 car park, disgusting. I can strongly say this is the worst large scale urbanisation 'improvement' failure in the last 10 years!

What's even worse that those impressions show some greenery and even a soccer-field on the roof of the buildings while most of the public space is reserved for parking. Perhaps it's a modern interpretation of Houston's great planning.
