I snapped a couple pics on a walk at lunch the other day - progress on Manseau Flats. It's very close to the river and edge of the marina. I would imagine that at 6 stories, it will be VERY visible from 172 bridge. If there's interest I can continue to post periodically.

Very impressed. When the Packers first announced their vision for Titletown I thought you would see something a little more mall-ish... some national retail stores. I love how they brought in Lodge Kohler, Bellin, Hinterland and now this partnership with Microsoft. It appears some really hard thought is going into this development and it has the potential to be quite transformational for Green Bay in a very positive way.

I don't know if this is true, but maybe one possibility is they intended to have retail but found the market wasn't there.

Hopefully the vertical multi-story apartments they planned for the far west side of the district will have first floor retail spaces. Need like a coffee shop, a little market (i.e. Open Pantry), and some lunch spaces. if the district is intended to attract families outside of this, not all will want to take their kids to the Hinterland or restaurant in Lodge Kohler after running around.

I also wonder if the couple of other business accelerators in Green Bay I'm aware of mind Microsoft entering the market here. My guess is they don't object, that there's enough room for all.

This was always a multi phase project and they just finished phase 1. I wouldn't be worried.
