No. My Home multiplex is not yet launched. Not sure if it will be launched one day.
This multiplex is next to My Home jewel building, facing the highway. This road is on the way to become very busy shopping street.

Located at a thriving suburb of Chanda Nagar in Hyderabad, Aparna Construction is coming up with a gated villa project chrishtened Aparna Gardenia.

The project offers 116 villas priced at around Rs 2 crore each. One can chose between west-facing villas with a built-up area of 3,325 sq ft and east-facing ones with a built-up area of 3,290 sq ft. All plots and villas located at the corner cost an extra Rs 10 lakh.

“There have been 12 bookings so far and we are targeting IT profession at top positions and doctors. We earlier had Aparna Hill Park Boulevard adjacent to this project, which was smaller in size. There are no other villa projects in the vicinity,” said D S Prasad, director, Aparna Constructions.

Gardenia has like all other new projects a fully-equipped clubhouse with swimming pool, along with a lounge, library and ATMs. The residents will also get a 72 hour water back-up facility and 24 hour surveillance.

In the interiors, the builder has provided wooden flooring for master bedrooms and amalgamated marble flooring in hall and dining space. The project will be ready in 18 months from now.

The locality boasts of being close to Hitech City and Madhapur, the non-Hyderabadi crowd puller with large working population in multinational organisations. The project also has reputed engineering colleges in the surroundings including JNTU. Residents will not find it difficult to settle down given the increasing number of retail and essential shopping hubs springing up.

- Dominos now open at Madinaguda.
- Darpan (famous furnishing shop) now opens its 3rd branch (after Gachibowli and Abids) in Madinaguda.
- Chennai Shopping Mall already open 6 months back.
- New Showroom opening every 2 weeks in Chandanagar Madinaguda Allwyn stretch.
- Main Road (NH9) has been widened at Allwyn X Road. Each side is 5+ lanes now.. total 5+5 lane on both sides (only near Allwyn X road ) other wise it was already 4 lane + 2 side slip roads.

Have noticed that Metro facilitation work is ongoing beside TalkieTown theatre on both sides of NH-9. It looks like Metro is extended beyond miyapur-x roads in the current phase itself.Not sure if the metro stops at miyapur police station (or) extended till Chanda nagar.

Also the new upcoming mall at Madinaguda is progressing pretty fast.

Yes, I noticed the work commenced was done by Metro Facilitaion people and the quality is also pretty good like other places. if metro is extended till Chandanagar in this phase itself I will treat you and Gudavalli with a box of Laddus.

Dont think so. Metro facilitation works have been carried on at SD Road near Rail Nilayam and now at Sanchalan Bhavan but the metro does not take this route
