Product Mix

Does anyone know the breakdown/number of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments within Abian? Would be very interested to know and I can't seem to find the info anywhere!

Still dig-dig-digging, but with noticeable progress since the last excavation update.

I noticed on looking at those plans that the plant room roof and parapet heights appear to have increased to 151.7m:

The ground level at site boundary along Albert Street is as low as RL3.98m:

So the tower height is actually 147.72m or rounded 148m. I will update the thread title accordingly.

Similar height to 400 George, Brisbane Square or Santos. This will stick out a fair bit I would imagine.

As big as 400/Santos/ Bris Square? That's going to make it fairly prominent down this end of Albert Street. I didn't realise just how tall it would actually be, even after seeing the updated heights.

Continuing one from last night, here are some Abian Excavation updates from Saturday

And as an aside, I did notice that the neighbouring 30 Albert Street site had a few demountables on their carpark area. Initially I thought this might signal demolition work starting on 30 Albert, but I remembered that this carpark is currently being used as Abian tradie carparking. Maybe these additional demountables are for Abian. Preparation for more feet on site perhaps?
