The more I see this the less I like the top of it. All the exposed concrete and mechanical stuff make it look unfinished. It should have had a glass parapet around it.

I'm guessing the top is not finished and that the present opening in the equipment area will be glassed in before all is said and done. Once all the equipment is gone and the construction elevator comes down I suspect it will look much better.

It's definitely a different building, the style grows on you.

But those smaller balconies, especially at the higher floors...nope, nope, nope...that's some serious vertigo and Hershey squirts into my tighty whities action there.

Anyone know how tall the balcony glass is?
They seem to be around four feet.
More about look than safety...IMHO.
