no problems. i have been going through newspaper clippings that were kept at home for me whilst away. and it was mentioned in an article about 374 Wellington Street, so it jogged my memory.

Any info on the carpark site a few foors down that was sold a little while back. Thought that was to be hotel/resi as well.

I was told the owners were waiting for the plot ratio review to go through. Also looking at a hotel development.
