Why would you buy here if for the same price, you can get an ayala garden towers on a quieter, far less dense, and more organized side of Makati?

The FEW that may have some reasons to complain about TTM are either those that not has the money - not thinks big or bold - or lacking the mindset to think like a super-highend-investor.

Bombastic?? - not!!.

.....a local peso billionaire or a international millionaire don't seek Ayala-condos. With all respect Ayala and PinoySmartInvestor.

I was actually just asking a question, hoping to get an objective answer. Example responses are - finishes, amenities, some ratios, etc.

So i don't understand where the tone of the response above is coming from.

Watch, learn and judge the "low end spec facade" when completed. Looking forward to hear from you then.

Because, when hiring the ultra highend ones in your industry it can't be "horrible cheap". Please not insult your industry.
