Another site is reporting that HMS Intrepid (a Falkland Islands veteran) is currently being towed to Liverpool (Canada Dock) from Portsmouth to be scrapped, expected to arrive on Monday.

Elsewhere another different site is reporting that it may be at the CLF open to the public first, before going back to Canada Dock?

Outdated! maybe? but i wouldn't wont this ship chasing me if i was doing something wrong, no way baby. Went down to see it last night all lit up, brass band playing on the stage, it wasn't raining , it was fantastic and only about fifty people there to see it , shame really. i'll put some more pics up later my card reader has bit the dust

it is still outdated - 35 year old design now. HMS Sheffield was a type 42.

NIght time shot is bloody lovely. I do like the way batch 3 Type 42's look. RN have done a fine job of dressing her for the public - I love the crown at the tope of the flag pole...
