i'm pretty exited about this being finished.. i think it will extend and connect two areas that were separated before by the physical gap left when the vanderbelt and la concha were closed

Alguien sabe de algun plan para remodelar la avenida Ashford? Siempre han tratado, con resultados pesimos. Creo que para que hagan un buen trabajo tendrian que excavar y reemplazar la infraestructura pluvial, electrica. Un buen concepto seria utilizar rubberized asphalt. Segun he visto en WAPA America, parece que existe una crisis de llantas usadas contaminando multiples areas (ademas del problema de mosquitos que esto crea).

La empresa que invierta el capital en una planta de reciclaje de llantas para crear aplicaciones como el asfalto derivado de estas, seria muy exitoso. Siempre y cuando logre estandarizar el uso del producto dentro del gobierno, entonces seria un negocio muy viable.

Hay un plan actual de soterrar cables por el municipio de San Juan y si el SATOUR es exitoso, se extendera por la Ave. Ashford asi que definitivamente en algun futuro se remodelara. Y con todo y eso es una de las avenidas mas lindas de Puerto Rico en mi opinion.
