For the major ones yes. Lex and Madison are smaller. 11th is one lane bigger. Miscellaneous avenues like A through D are usually smaller.
But otherwise yeah, the avenues were designed super wide. That's why they're perfect for adding separated bike lanes, which they've done on a few. Parts of Broadway have been reduced from 3 driving lanes to only 1, for example.
The rest of New York is generally more like Toronto, w/ narrower sidewalks, 3/4 lane avenues.
