i hope when they build condos it will be a mixed-use development complex so the space will not be wasted like in newport city

Yes and all investors will agree with you. But the developers may not agree with us. Since the condos are selling well they will just build and sell condos. Any price appreciation is set by them. When the demand is there they will just build. There should be some control in this. Otherwise the whole Bay will be filled with residential condos.

I was reading the Architecture@13 issue and there's a project there that talks about a grand church in the Entertainment City. The design is actually inspired by the "hats" that bishops wear. It looks really hug but very classy. I wonder where this will be built but I suppose Megaworld will build this as it was the only license holder that talked about a plan to do a church in the vicinity. Can anyone confirm this?

I tried to pick other people's brains when I asked the question. I hope the news is not true.

My point is simple. Never allow any religious structure in Entertainment City. If they allow one, what will stop them from allowing others to follow? Then the conflict begins as the tyranny of the majority comes into play again. Let us not go there.

Hello po. Bago lang po dito. Nagtatanong lang po. Isn't there a city ordinance that specifically limits or defines the distance between a house of worship and a house of "sin"?

I think meron ganung ordinance , but if you look at Resorts World Manila merong church don ( St. Therese) . mas nauna pa yatang tinayo yung church kaysa sa casino.
