But i think people in Kluang are not ready yet for high rise residential. They will still option for landed properties especially those yang "Kaya Raya". They prefer to buy a plot of land and build their own villa. I worked in a local developer firm before during my vacation for 2 months, those ppl are seeking for land instead of property.
Something out of topic. I am in Korea for few months and i went to a lot of their small cities just like Kluang, which have efficient public transport. Im not an expert, but for me things are pretty simple here. They have buses which are on time, train to the cities which are 99.9 percent on time too. Frequency is not the problem! what i hope MPK can do is just to build some proper bus stop with proper and updated information (bus routes and timing), that will be enough. If i know which buses will pass by this route and how long i expected to wait, I would like to try public transport. Those backpacker can also navigate around the city with buses!
