Kas tulevikus saame rääkida...Tabasalu City'st?

Kui see alevik linnatiitligi saaks oleks see suur asi. Aga bürood oleks vägagi teretulnud. Suurim pluss on see et tööle sõitijad (eriti linnast tulijad)ei pea ummikutes passima ja see taskaalustaks liiklussuuni päris tublisti.

Ainuke miinus on kanasitahais mis madalrõhuga ja kindla tuulesuunaga siin imesi teeb.

Kõrghoonete grupp alevikus on ikka metsikut moodi vingem kui kõrghoonete grupp linnas Ja paari uue kõrghoonega oleks Tabasalul Tallinna järel paremuselt teine kõrghoonete grupp Eestis,irw.

Ja mul on pisut raskusi aru saamisega,kuhu täpselt need hooned plaanitud on. Kas Rimist Tallinna poole,Klooga maantee mere äärsesse külge?

Mul pn kusagilt kõrvu jäänud et see on 14 m aga ma võin eksida..

Jep, säästumarketist üle tee kus praegu see tühi kruusaplats on.


Sama arendaja on ka pool tilgu sadamast arendamiseks mingitmoodi vallalt kätte saanud. Alates 2007 aastast on progress tohutu olnud. Paar kruusakoormat, võrkaed ja väike kai kuhu mahub poolteist kummipaati.
Niiet mul ei ole väga usku sellesse firmasse.

Might be bit boring project? ..Well,the shopping centre is designed by architecture bureau Muru & Pere,so it's probably waaay better than other shopping centres.

Deadline is late 2012.

Pagan,selle hoone ehitus läks täitsa meelest. Viimases OP'is oli eelmisel sügisel valminud ja Uku Keskuseks nimetatud hoonest ka juttu. Seest paistis olevat suht igav,aga väljast...

What is the specific plot? The one now covered by piles of earth till 2015?

A sidewalk is under construction between the corners of Metsavahi road and Hiie road - due for completion on 31st of May, 2013. However, it has to cross the road somehow at the corner of Räitsaka road. How? Zebra? Traffic lights?

If completed, there would still be a gap of sidewalk between Suurupi road and Metsavahi road.

Also, on Hiie road, Vääna-Jõesuu school is under construction. Due to open in this August... so children can walk, cycle and scoot to school. How many forms shall Vääna-Jõesuu school open on 1st of September, 2013? (The nearest schools used to be at Vääna manor and Tabasalu, right?)

There will 6 classes just like in Vääna manor and also in Muraste(will be ready 1 sept 2014.) Tabasalu will be Primary school.

There used to be 4 shops in Vääna-Jõesuu recently. 2 at the bus stop, one on each side of the square. 1 on the house next to the bridge, and 1 in business centre Sürpriis. But now, only 1 (Maksis) is open. And the one across the Vääna-Jõesuu square is razed to the ground altogether.

The walk to Vääna-Jõesuu is inconvenient, and felt dangerous by some, with high speed cars passing the edge of the road. Even when the sidewalk is completed - the distance remains. And what will be at the road crossing next to Räitsaka road - zebra or traffic lights? The business centre Sürpriis continues to be missed.

Are there any specific plans to deal with the gap in the sidewalk between Metsavahi tee and Suurupi tee? Especially, the climb of the scarp is inconvenient - the only way to reach the Vääna-Viti bus stop, and poor visibility of cars approaching at high speed behind the brink of the scarp, and the forested blind curve underneath.
